  • Standard service fees: $89 Residential, $109 Commercial

  • Payment terms for HVAC services will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
  • We accept Cash, credit card, check, financing.
  • Late or non-payment may result in service suspension, collection efforts, or additional fees. 

4) Warranties and Disclaimers

  • We provide a 90-day warranty on applicable services unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • We strive to provide accurate and reliable information, but we make no warranties that the Site or its content will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or current.
  • Except as expressly stated, all content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. 

5) Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breeze Heating and Cooling LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Site, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
